Love Burn 2026

The theme this year was “Island of Broken Toys” and it inspired me to play.
I was born the same year as the Barbie Doll (1959). I remember playing with Barbies as a child, and wanting to do weird things with them. Some other kid said it was weird, that I was weird. I felt shame and embarrassment, and so I stopped playing. This year’s theme gave me permission to be weird.
